After learning about cool sandstone rock formation in my pottery class with Ryan Rakhshan, I was inspired to paint a redder version of Monument Valley. The foreground consists of shrubs of various sizes and smaller rocks. The middle ground consists of three sandstone rock formations. The background consists of a clear blue sky with clouds.
