Nashua, NH - Burton's Grill is an American restaurant chain that aims to provide exceptional, fresh, high quality food, inspired by local flavors, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. It is located on the outskirts of Pheasant Lane Mall (between Dick's Sporting Good and JC Penney's) at 310 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH. As you enter the restaurant, there are booths surrounding the bar in the center of the restaurant. It's a great place for a semi-romantic date as well as grabbing beers and watching sports. The staff were friendly, attentive, and aware of the food allergies in our party. On Sunday's, it's dinner menu only and bottles of wine are half priced.

Today, our party ordered a Tomato Bisque, two Salmon Burgers (one with green beans and the other with coleslaw), a Burton's Burger, and an Imperial Cod. The Tomato Bisque consisted of freshly puree of tomatoes, freshly grated basil, salt and pepper. It was topped with grated parmesan and drizzled with olive oil. Due to the soup being gluten free, it was not thick. The salt-black pepper combination added heat to the end of every bite. The Salmon Burger consisted of freshly ground salmon blended with diced onions, lemon juice, and seasonings that was pan seared, topped with roasted grape tomatoes and arugula, and served on a lemon aioli drizzled griddled bun. The side of green beans were steamed and tossed with black pepper. The Burton's Burger consited of a hand pounded angus beef patty, topped with cheese, roasted onions, smoked applewood bacon, and sauteed mushrooms, and served on a griddled bun. The burger came with crispy, hand cut french fries and ketchup. The burger was flavorful and mouthwatering. The Imperial Cod consisted of a fresh filet of cod, topped with lump crabmeat and breadcrumbs. The cod came with herbed jasmine rice and steamed green beans. The cod was bland.
