Sushi Legend Cajun Seafood and Bar has taken over The Greene Turtle in Germantown, MD. When we arrived, we were going to do al carte but was talked into the AYCE menu. We asked if we could sit in a less crowded area. The AYCE sushi was reasonably priced $24.99 an adult and $9.99-$14.99 a child. Like most AYCE place, they charge for leftover food and drinks are excluded from the price. They don't have a liquor license yet. They offer Pepsi products and Ramune Japanese Soda. Since they didn't have any Hot Green Tea, we only drank water with our meal.

From the cold bar, we enjoyed the Squid Salad and Seaweed Salad. From the Kitchen Appetizers, we enjoyed the Spring Roll and Fried Gyoza Dumplings. It was not your typical AYCE sushi because it was not a buffet where you pick whatever rolls you'd like. Each roll had about 8 rolls each. We had two rolls - 84. Crazy Monkey Roll and 93. Dinosaur Roll. The Crazy Monkey Roll consisted of fried banana, crunch, crabmeat, eel and mango sauce. The Dinosaur Roll consisted of spicy crunch tuna, avocado, eel, spicy mayo, and fish roe. It would have been nice if the rolls has 4 each so we could try other rolls too.

For Hibachi, we tried their Hibachi Steak, which came with sautéed vegetables and rice. We were not a fan of the Hibachi Steak. It was dry, overcooked, and too garlicky.

For dessert, they offered vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream. It would have been cool if they were assorted flavors of mochi ice cream!

Next time, we would like to try their Sashimi, which is $2.50 for 3 pieces, Vegetable Noodles, and other rolls (including Boston Roll, Christmas Roll, and Tiger Roll).
