Ev & Maddy's is a French inspired cafe in Rockville Town Square. The restaurant has a red and black theme to it. On the wall of the wine bar, there was a wooden sign that said "A balanced diet is a glass of wine in each hand".

The restaurant recently changed their brunch menu. It consisted of breads and spreads, sharables sweets (e.g., crepes, pancakes, french toast bites, yummy donuts), variety of egg entrees (e.g., omelette, benedict, etc.), sides (assorted meat options, eggs any way you like it, toast, fresh fruit, corned beef hash, potato onion hash, and house salad), kids menu (e.g., grilled cheese, etc), and non-alcholic beverages (e.g., iced tea, fruit Juices, ginger beer, soda, lemonade). They also offer bottomless mimosas for $15. Today's specials features quiches (e.g., ham and gruyere, spinach and feta), eggs benedict (e.g., lox), stuffed french toast, baked potato with bacon soup, and chilled carrot ginger soup. It was my first time checking out Ev & Maddy's. My mom and I came to Ev & Maddy's for Sunday brunch. We ordered unsweetened iced teas and Mini Breakfast Crepes. When we arrived, we were the only party without food. It took 40 minutes for our food to be prepared.

My mom's mini breakfast crepes consisted of spinach, grilled chicken, mushroom, and caramelized onions while my mini breakfast crepes consisted of spinach, tomato, mushroom, and caramelized onions. It was interesting how they cut a crepe into triangles so that they can be shareable among the party. Despite mentioning of pepper sensitivity, we felt that the content were pretty peppery and pretty salty.
